수업: 수업은 교재를 중심으로 세미나 형식으로 진행하고자 합니다.
강좌개요: 이 책은 NCI에서 진행된 CII (cancer informatics infrastructure) 사업의 일환으로 진행되어 온 내용들과 관련 논문들을 엮은 편저입니다.
교재는 의료정보학의 기초에 대한 약간의 이해가 있으신 분들을 위해서, 실제 임상의학(종양학)적인 측면에서 정보학 기술을 어떻게 응용할 것인가에
대한 seminal paper 들로 보시면 됩니다.
강좌는 챕터별 2배수 준비, (추첨) 1배수 발표, 강사토론의 총 3시간 형식으로 진행하고, 강좌마다 미리, reading paper들을 게시해 드리고자 합니다.
발표는 파워포인트 파일로 하고, 학생들은 발표용 파일을 미리 강좌 웹사이트에 올립니다.
성적은 출석, 발표 및 최종 보고서(Term Project 소논문 및 드래프트)으로 정합니다.
